If you have a special request, please e-mail me at the address below, and I will try and accomodate you.  If there are other things that you would like for your cages, look here for toys.
Please note: all of my things are machine stitched with the smallest stitch setting, and most products have no exposed seams.  As with anything you put in your gliders cage, however, please check regularly for loose threads, holes or anything else that makes a product unsafe.

Glider Heating Pad

8"x8" Microwavable heating pad.

They say necessity is the mother of invention.  This week-end I lost a glider.  One of the problems I ran into, trying to save him, was the inability to warm him both top and bottom.  I have created a microwavable heating pad for gliders.  This pad is in the design of a pouch, but with 2 sides open.  Once your glider is inside and covered, it will be warmed from both the top and bottom.  This heating pad has a removable cover for washing.  The pad can be reused over and over again.  It takes less than one minute to heat to the proper temperature.  You can also fold the cover back and just use it under your glider.  This is also handy for warming up rejected joeys for feeding time.

I must note—please test your heating pad before you ever need to use it.  Heat it for 15 seconds per side the first time, put your hand inside, between the layers to judge the temperature.  I heated mine for 20 seconds per side to get the correct temperature.  Each one will vary.  You can make this too hot for use if you aren’t careful.  My goal is to help gliders, so please test it first!

This can be made in pretty much any solid color, or any of my prints.

$15.00
